If using an iron to steam, please place a tea towel in between the Plush Mat and the iron to avoid burning.

What is your return policy?
Unopened Products:
You can return products within 60 days if they are unopened and in their original packaging (including compression packaging for Plush Mats). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Change of Mind?:
Plush Mats removed from their compression packaging cannot be returned due to their size expansion and quality control requirements. Please ensure you measure your space and carefully select the size, color, and design before placing an order.
Faulty or Defective Products:
In the rare case of a defect, we stand by our products and will offer a replacement or refund. Contact us, and we’ll resolve the issue prompt
Are the Plush Mats non-toxic?

What should I do if my mat arrives damaged?

Your Plush Mat may initially appear creased or flattened. Allow a few days for it to decompress fully. Warmer, more humid environments can speed up this process.
